Tongan Language lessons via Skype

We received a request from Australia for some basic Tongan language lessons so PEC staff member Mahe 'Ahomana, pictured here, is helping her with her request via skype. 

Niuean Language Class - Mangere East

Vagahau Niue tutor Mele Nemaia and her class sing "Mitaki e tau mena oti" to begin their class. 

Cook Islands Language class

Learning to sing "Head, Sholders, Knees and Toes" in Cook Islands Maori with tutor Piri Marearai. 

Advanced Samoan Language and Culture class

This class is for those interested in learning the oratory, rituals and honorifics of the Samoan Langauge and culture. Taught by Toafaeono Tanuvasa Tavale every Friday night at Pasifika Edcuaiton Centre. 

Tongan Language Beginners Class - Talking about my family

The Student had to pretend they were a family. Lolohea and Dylan (seated) were the parents and the rest were the siblings. Each student had to say the following sentences in Tongan.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.
